once you have got your new kitten home you should take it to your vet for registering within 14 days, most vets will do this free of charge, make sure to take along the vaccination certificate and other information such as dates and treatments for worms and fleas to be put on kittys records.

This is good practise for any pet owner especially if the breeder has taken the time and effort to activated a free insurance policy for your kitten. Insurance companys will need vet records for any claims made.

Before leaving home your kitten should of had two vet checks as only healthy kittens can be vaccinated and every care taken to make sure your kitten will have had a healthy start. Continuing your pet insurance plan is something I do advice due to accidents which can

happen.

The breeder of your kitten will always..no matter how old you kitten/cat.....be there to help and advise on any issues or quiries you may have no matter how small.
